We are currently looking for a talented and ambitious Team Leader for our Field Sales Representatives Team in Kilkenny/Carlow/Tipperary/Portlaoise area.

The Team Leader for Field Sales Representatives is responsible for overseeing a team of sales representatives who work in the field to promote and sell the company’s products and services. This role includes managing daily operations, driving sales targets, coaching and mentoring team members, and ensuring the team delivers exceptional customer service.

QUALIFICATIONS

Education:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business , Marketing or a related field preferred.

Experience:

  • Minimum of three years of experience in sales with at least 1 year in a supervisory role.

Skills

  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent sales and negotiations abilities.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Proficiency in CRM software and MOS.
  • Ability to analyse data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent problem solving and organisational skills.
