What You’ll Do Own your territory like it’s your business — we’ll provide the service area, and you’ll build and execute your growth strategy across residential and commercial markets Proactively generate leads through door-to-door visits, networking, community events, cold calling, and referrals — this role is built for go-getters Build real relationships with key local players like realtors, property managers, and home service pros — coffee chats, lunches, and even the occasional round of golf are all part of the strategy Educate customers on our solutions in a consultative, friendly way — we solve problems, not push products Stay organized and consistent by logging all activity and proposals in our CRM (FieldRoutes + SmarterLaunch) Conduct on-site inspections and evaluations to recommend the right services Partner with our internal teams to ensure a smooth handoff and great client experience What Growth Looks Like We don’t expect you to hit the ground running on day one — you’ll be supported with training, coaching, and time in the field to build confidence. As you grow into the role, you’ll begin to: Build a consistent pipeline of residential and commercial prospects Schedule multiple inspections and proposals each week Develop strong local relationships that turn into referrals Increase your close rate as you learn the product, process, and territory Become the go-to presence in your territory for pest control solutions Your success is our success — we’ll be right there with you to coach, support, and celebrate the wins. Are a natural connector who can build trust and rapport quickly Love the energy of being in the field and having control over your income Are organized and consistent — you follow up, follow through, and own your outcomes Are coachable, curious, and open to feedback Embrace technology (we’ll train you!) and love using tools to get better Can roll with rejection and keep moving forward Want to work in a place where people, values, and impact matter Requirements 2+ years of sales or customer-facing experience (real estate, trades, territory sales, home services, etc.) Valid driver’s license and clean driving record Comfortable with mobile tech, CRMs, and ChatGPT for follow-up or content creation Pest control experience is a plus — (but not required) Comfortable with both residential and commercial selling Able to perform on-site inspections (we’ll train you on this) Compensation Base Salary: $40,000–$55,000 (flexible based on experience) Commission: Uncapped, tiered structure — the more you close, the more you earn Year 1 Total Earnings (Expected): $80,000+ Year 2 Total Earnings (Expected): $100,000+ Higher earnings are absolutely possible — it depends on your drive, not a cap.
