TMT Marketing has been operating in QLD for over 3 years now in kiosks for HelloFresh and YouFoodz.
We are looking for a kiosk team leader with direct sales experience. This represents a great opportunity to join a team that’s experiencing a very exciting phase of growth! You will take guidance and work closely with the owner and other seniors to deliver sales volume, coach & develop new campaign members and scale campaigns across a diverse client range.

· Support and coach a team of sales representatives across various direct sales campaigns – mainly in shopping centres
· Implement coaching strategies and workshops to increase sales performance.
· Work closely with team members to achieve their personal sales goals.
· Map out a monthly/quarterly plan with the owner and Director to achieved desired target growth for clients we represent.
