About the role: As the Field Sales Territory Manager, you will play a pivotal role in driving regional growth by managing and developing a high-performing team of Field Sales Representatives. Representing a leading fintech company, you will spearhead the execution of innovative sales strategies, ensuring the delivery of tailored payment solutions to small and medium-sized businesses. This is an exciting opportunity for a results-driven leader to shape our market presence in France and redefine how businesses embrace fintech solutions. What you’ll do: Lead, coach, and develop a team of Field Sales Representatives to consistently achieve and exceed individual and regional targets. Build a high-performance, collaborative team culture aligned with company values and commercial goals. Design and execute regional sales strategies that drive growth, market penetration, and revenue performance. Monitor sales performance, analyze trends, and turn insights into clear actions that improve results. Support the team in the field by acting as a trusted advisor during deal-closing, stakeholder management, and day-to-day challenges. Partner closely with internal teams and external stakeholders and represent the company at client meetings, networking events, and industry initiatives. This role is perfect for you if you have: Proven experience in a sales leadership role, ideally within fintech, payments, technology, or another fast-moving commercial environment. A strong record of success in field sales, with hands-on experience delivering against ambitious targets. Excellent leadership and coaching capability, with the ability to inspire, develop, and elevate team performance. Strong communication, negotiation, and relationship-building skills, with a natural ability to earn trust and credibility. A strategic mindset paired with a hands-on, results-driven approach and strong attention to detail.
