Responsibilities
  • Lead & Inspire: Training and coaching our field sales team in both the field and classroom.
  • Tailored Training: Onboarding new colleagues with personalised training for different roles, from sales execs to managers.
  • Strategic Development: Collaborating with the leadership team to design and implement training that drives KPIs.
  • Real-Time Coaching: Delivering training on the front line, ensuring your team excels in real-world sales scenarios.
  • Structured Feedback: Offering consistent feedback to improve performance across the team.
  • Autonomy & Impact: Taking control of your workload, focusing on what drives results for the business.
  • Full-Fibre Expertise: Coaching the team to sell cutting-edge full fibre broadband and associated products out in the field on a regular basis.
  • Data-Driven Results: Working with the Head of Sales to identify key areas for training improvement.
