Description Expo Home Improvement is seeking a Field Sales Trainer to elevate the performance of our sales representatives through hands-on coaching, field observation, and skill development. This role is critical to driving individual quota attainment, team success, and overall sales growth. The ideal candidate is a confident sales coach who thrives in the field, leads by example, and knows how to identify gaps, reinforce best practices, and build winning behaviors. Field Coaching & Development Expectations Conduct 4–5 weekly ride-a-longs with sales representatives to observe performance and provide real-time coaching Complete and review ride-a-long scorecards, identifying strengths, gaps, and actionable improvement areas Lead role-playing sessions to strengthen opening statements, objection handling, and closing techniques Review and reinforce sales scripts, rebuttals, and messaging for accuracy and effectiveness Support sales reps with contract knowledge and deal execution to improve close rates Performance Support & Collaboration Expectations Partner with Sales Managers to identify reps needing additional coaching or bootcamp-style training Participate in weekly meetings focused on coaching strategy, training priorities, and team performance Maintain consistent daily engagement on sales team boards to provide encouragement, recognition, and accountability Foster a positive, competitive, and growth-focused culture aligned with company values About Expo Home Improvement Expo Home Improvement, a top-rated Texas-based home remodeling company, specializes in high-quality bathroom, kitchen, and window remodels for residential customers since 2006. Requirements Qualifications: Maintain a minimum Net Close Percentage (NCP) of 22.5%. Achieve an average monthly Net Sales Leads Inquiry (NSLI) of $3500 or more. Engage in Rilla usage, our AI enabled software that records sales presentations. Maintain full availability for booking requests, with a minimum of 5 days a week. Maintain a minimum of 8 appointments per week, including ride-a-longs. Adhere to all company policies and procedures regarding contracting and required paperwork. Exemplify the definition and role expectations of a Sales Coach. Provide references from direct manager and peers, sent via email to the VP of Sales. Complete Leadership "A, B, C" courses in the Learning Management System (LMS). Obtain Costco Certification (Bath). Obtain Walk-In Tub Certification (Bath).
