Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As a Field Sales Trainer, you’ll be the driving force behind the growth and success of our self-employed salesforce. Your mission: equip new and experienced consultants with the skills, tools, and mindset to succeed in a fast-moving fintech environment.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Lead onboarding and ramp-up for new consultants, delivering dynamic training sessions that cover our products, sales tools, and go-to-market strategy.
  • Facilitate technical, product and soft skill training sessions for various teams based on performance needs
  • Build and deliver engaging learning content - from bite-sized guides to hands-on workshops - tailored to diverse learning styles and experience levels.
  • Keep our teams ahead of the curve by translating product updates and market changes into clear, actionable learning materials and refresher courses.
  • Collaborate cross-functionally with local sales leaders, marketing, and product to align training with business priorities and emerging opportunities.
  • Own the local consultants enablement training roadmap - define KPIs, track progress, and continuously evolve training based on performance data and field feedback.

THIS ROLE IS PERFECT FOR YOU IF YOU HAVE:

  • Experience designing and delivering high-impact sales training both in-person and virtually.
  • Strong grasp of sales methodologies (i.e. value selling) and adult learning principles.
  • Creative flair for building engaging content that sticks.
  • Confident in building engaging sales & product training content.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to inspire and motivate others.
  • Self-starter mindset with adaptability in fast-paced, scaling environments.
  • Fluency in Italian and solid English communication skills.
  • Comfortable with traveling occasionally across Italy to support and train our field consultants.
