Requirements:

REQUIRED EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE:

Bachelor’s degree in business, Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field in-depth understanding of the Argentina healthcare market, with an ability to effectively navigate its a competitive landscape.
At least 5 years of experience in the healthcare/biopharmaceutical industry, with a focus on rare diseases or high complexity diseases.
Demonstrated ability to communicate complex medical, scientific, legal, and economic topics.
Proven ability to develop and maintain trust-based relationships with key market access influencers.
Highly collaborative and team spirited demonstrating innovative and strategic thinking
Patient & customer centric

Responsibilities:
We are looking for a dedicated and strategic Field Scientific Manager to join our dynamic team in Argentina, specifically within the rare disease therapeutic area.
In this pivotal role, you will be instrumental in fostering and deepening strategic relationships with key healthcare stakeholders. Your expertise will help us expand our market footprint and effectively drive our initiatives, targeting the unique challenges and opportunities within the rare disease sector.

Responsibilities:

Strategic Account Leadership: Cultivate lasting relationships with key stakeholders in the healthcare industry to ensure continuity and growth of business within the rare disease domain.
Business Expansion: Leverage deep industry insights to identify and seize new business & access opportunities, customizing approaches to meet the specific needs of the rare disease community.
Market Intelligence: Conduct comprehensive market analyses to stay ahead of trends, regulatory changes, and competitive pressures, applying this knowledge to strategic planning and execution.
Field Excellence: Meet and exceed targets by designing and implementing impactful strategies within the territory, closely monitoring performance metrics to ensure maximum patient identification and market penetration.
Collaborative Engagement: Actively engage with healthcare system and internal teams to promote scientific and business discussions and drive initiatives that align with patient needs and compliance standards.
Have an in-depth understanding of the assigned area and develop & implement accordingly tactical plans in line with product strategy within the allocated budget.
Develop & updated detailed account plans that clearly describe the unmet needs of the various stakeholders and the relationships between them.
Act in accordance with all manufacturer SOPs, Medison policies and SOPs and any relevant industry codes of conduct Medison core values.
