Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE

We are seeking a Field Services Administrator for our Dallas office. This role is key to ensuring the smooth operation of our Field Service Department, handling scheduling, service tickets, technician attendance, and administrative support for accounting.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Open and close service tickets
  • Maintain technician attendance and timecard records
  • Oversee our answering service system
  • Schedule rental equipment as needed
  • Arrange travel for service technicians
  • Manage Preventive Maintenance service calls (scheduling, POs, documentation)
  • Perform administrative accounting tasks, such as:
  • Creating quotes and purchase orders (POs)
  • Handling customer invoice inquiries
  • Preparing project estimates
