Do you enjoy solving problems, working with customers, and getting technology up and running? We’re looking for a Field Service & Installation Technician to install, maintain, and support industrial equipment, software, and data capture systems.


You’ll help customers keep operations running smoothly through preventative maintenance, troubleshooting, repairs, commissioning, and training, while delivering exceptional customer service.

About the Role

  • Install, commission, and configure equipment at customer sites
  • Perform preventative and corrective maintenance to maximise reliability
  • Diagnose and resolve technical issues with a strong first-time fix rate
  • Train customer operators on equipment use and best practices
  • Complete service reports and documentation accurately and on time
  • Manage vehicle stock and spare parts inventory
  • Provide technical feedback to support product and process improvements
  • Participate in an after-hours support roster and occasional regional travel
  • Maintain compliance with workplace health and safety requirements


About You

  • Experience in field service, equipment maintenance, installation, or technical support
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Qualifications in Electrical, Electronics, Mechatronics, Mechanical, or a related discipline preferred but not essential
  • Excellent customer service and communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities
  • Current driver’s licence and willingness to travel
