We’re looking for a skilled Field Service Coffee Engineer to install, service, and maintain commercial coffee machines across some of the region’s top hospitality and retail businesses.

Role Overview
As a Field Service Coffee Engineer, your responsibilities will include:
· Diagnosing and repairing faults on commercial coffee machines and related equipment
· Performing preventative maintenance to ensure machines operate at peak performance
· Installing and setting up new coffee systems for clients
· Providing expert training and advice to customers on machine use and care
· Representing the company professionally and building strong customer relationships
Skills & Qualifications
· Strong electrical and/or mechanical background or relevant qualifications (essential)
· Previous experience with coffee machines (bean-to-cup, espresso, filter) highly desirable
· Full, valid driver’s license (required)
· Excellent troubleshooting skills and a customer-focused mindset
