What you’ll actually be doing If you’re hands-on with PLCs, control panels, wiring, and on-site commissioning, this role will feel familiar. We’re looking for a Field Engineer to support on-site installation, commissioning and troubleshooting of industrial automation systems. You’ll be working directly on-site to: • Wire up and check PLC panels, sensors, and field devices • Perform I/O testing and signal checks • Support SAT and commissioning activities • Troubleshoot issues during system setup and go-live • Make sure systems are running correctly before handover What kind of experience fits This is for you if you’ve done work like: • PLC-based installation, testing, or commissioning • Field service / machine setup / production line support • Electrical troubleshooting (wiring, sensors, control panels) • Working with PLC systems like Siemens / Allen-Bradley / Schneider • Reading electrical drawings / schematics on-site Exposure to automation, robotics, AGV/AMR, or warehouse systems is a plus. Requirements • Diploma in Electrical / Automation / Mechatronics / Mechanical Engineering (or similar) • 2+ years hands-on field or automation experience • Comfortable working on-site and troubleshooting under real conditions • Applicants must have valid authorisation to work in Singapore Work setup • On-site role (CBD base + client sites) • Frequent travel to project locations (within Singapore) Compensation • S$4,500 – S$5,500/month (based on experience) Why this role exists You’ll be part of deployment work where systems are being installed, tested, and brought online, including automation and control system integration in operational environments.
