The Field Service Italy is looking for a Field Service Coordinator for Monza site.

In your role you will:

  • Be Responsible for planning the Field Service activities
  • Evaluate the necessary skills and knowledge to execute the requested service
  • Make and Confirm appointment with the customer
  • Be responsible to ensure an optimized service response
  • Make reporting of field activity and technical report (follow up Service report)
  • Verify the ordered spare parts delivery for the Field Service job
  • Manage all post-op issues
  • Be supervisor in pre-service site

What you know

You have:

  • Technical Diploma/ Bachelor’s degree will be an asset
  • 3-5 years of previous experience in the role
  • Good Knowledge of Microsoft ® Windows environments and Office package (Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook)
  • A good command of written and spoken English
