Exciting Home Care Agency is looking to hire for a bilingual Field Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for all aspects of field service including training, handling caregiver/patient complaints, and in-home intakes all while ensuring patient satisfaction.

FIELD SERVICE COORDINATOR REQUIREMENTS:

• Must be fluent in conversational Spanish.
• Field work within home care experience.
• Communication and people person skills.
• Must be a team-player.
• Ability to handle multiple projects, changing priorities and heavy workloads.
• Valid driver’s license and your own car.

• Identify and assess future and current training needs through job analysis.
• Prepare training and development plans that address business needs.
• Track issues and implement solutions.
• Communicate with patients and caregivers, providing feedback when necessary.
