FIELD SERVICE COORDINATOR

We are looking for a field service coordinator who is highly motivated and results-driven to join our team. The field service coordinator will be responsible for scheduling and coordinating field service visits, assisting with service requests, and supporting the company’s service and calibration operations. A successful field coordinator is an independent thinker with strong communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Schedule and coordinate service visits for field technicians.
  • Coordinate and manage daily shipping and logistics of field service equipment to ensure timely delivery of goods.
  • Communicate with management to confirm service requests are properly scheduled and executed to guarantee superior customer service and profitability.
  • Assist with preparing and maintaining service schedules, documentation, and reports.
  • Promote a culture of safety and discipline through leadership, exemplary personal compliance, accountability and communication
  • Coordinate, prioritize and resolve issues encountered by the service teams.
  • Review escalated issues that will impact the business and provide recommendations for solutions.
  • Possesses strong technical/product knowledge.
  • Respond to customers queries and feedback effectively, carry out the customer satisfaction investigation, and establishes the appropriate improvement plan.
  • Maintain training and audit/assessment programs to ensure implementation and effectiveness of internal controls.
  • Travel to customer sights as needed to perform service, manage quality, and support team.
  • Other duties assigned as needed.

Job Requirements:

  • High School Diploma required; trade-School Degree or bachelor’s Degree preferred
  • Valid driver’s license with acceptable driving record
  • Extensive Field service and personnel management experience (10+ years).
  • Strong knowledge of shipping procedures, carriers, and freight management.
  • Strong motivational and leadership skills
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Technical knowledge on mechanical equipment and service Basic computer skills particularly with Microsoft Excel
  • Proficiency with both Domestic and International Logistics

Job Type: Full-time
Pay: From $75,000.00 per year
