About the Role: We’re seeking a reliable Field Service Coordinator to support our West Coast Merchandising Team. You'll be the right hand to our Field Service Manager, ensuring the team stays organized and effective. Starting part-time (20-30 hours/week) with the potential to grow, this role offers a flexible schedule and the opportunity to gain hands-on experience in a collaborative and supportive environment. Key Responsibilities: Be the go-to support for our Field Merchandisers in the Mountain and Pacific Time zones via chat, phone, and email Review time logs, troubleshoot issues, and provide assistance with field reporting software Help resolve fieldwork challenges and ensure smooth operations Assist in prescreening, onboarding, and training new merchandising candidates Stay on top of daily administrative tasks, project management, and data organization Occasionally travel to provide on-site support where needed, with some short-notice flexibility Jump in when necessary to cover fieldwork, including some Saturdays What We’re Looking For: A friendly, proactive, and can-do attitude Strong organizational skills and the ability to meet deadlines Flexibility to work weekends and travel as needed Experience in merchandising (greeting cards, magazines, or gift cards preferred) Confidence using Microsoft Suite products and comfort with technology (smartphones or tablets) A commitment to supporting the field team and delivering excellent service to key stakeholders Leadership or managerial experience is a plus!
