Responsibilities
  • Proactively schedule the field service team to deliver efficient and focused service solutions
  • Schedule preventive maintenance visits and manage breakdowns to ensure efficient time management and high utilization hours for the field service team
  • Organize and ensure the timely implementation of Field Actions and Software updates/upgrades
  • Identify and communicate with key personnel regarding service and repair, including clinical engineering, device management departments, department heads, and clinicians
  • Optimize and enhance the effectiveness of field operations
  • Primarily interact internally with engineers, operational units (OUs), and quality teams
  • Monitor the execution of Field Corrective Actions and service deadlines and coordinate the response in case of absences/holidays/cover from other countries
