Responsibilities

ABOUT THE ROLE:

As the Field Service Coordinator, you’ll serve as the central hub between customers, field service techs, the sales team, and operations. From quoting small service jobs to dispatching techs and ensuring seamless service delivery, you’ll play a key role in both the day-to-day and long-term success of the service division.

WHAT YOU’LL DO:

  • Prepare bids, estimates, and quotes for service jobs
  • Coordinate and dispatch Field Service Technicians into the field
  • Order parts and materials as needed for service jobs
  • Read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
  • Communicate daily with customers, subcontractors, and internal teams
  • Track and follow up on quotes, work orders, and project schedules
  • Support Field Service Manager and Business Specialist in managing small projects
  • Maintain accurate customer and service data in internal systems (Navpoint, MS Office)
  • Assist in occasional outbound customer service and business development calls
