JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled and motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team. The successful candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of our equipment at customer sites. This role requires a proactive approach to problem-solving and a commitment to delivering exceptional service to our clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Postsecondary education in home automation, HVAC, security, and fire protection.
• 3+ years of experience in home automation, HVAC, security, and fire protection. * * Candidate must be bilingual (French and English), both written and spoken.
• Valid driver’s license.

• Conduct on-site installations of equipment and machinery, ensuring compliance with safety regulations and company standards.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of equipment to minimize downtime and ensure optimal performance.
• Provide technical support and training to customers on the operation and maintenance of equipment.
• Document service activities, including repairs, parts used, and customer feedback, in a clear and organized manner.
• Collaborate with the engineering team to identify areas for improvement in product design or service delivery.
• Maintain an up-to-date knowledge of industry trends, technologies, and best practices relevant to the role.
