Perform preventative and corrective maintenance on devices. Act as liaison with global technical support for evaluations and issues. Respond to customer service calls promptly, adhering to corporate policies. Promote service contracts and additional offerings in coordination with management. Collaborate with sales on equipment demonstrations and evaluations. Mentor new hires in the field and assist with training. Maintain accurate reporting of expenses and service records. Uphold ethical standards and report any quality issues to management. Requirements Associate's degree in electronics or related field, or equivalent experience. 5+ years' experience as a Field Service Engineer or in a similar capacity. Experience with complex capital medical devices is required. Proficient in computer applications, including networking and CRM software. Ability to communicate effectively with diverse stakeholders.
