• Install, configure, and repair 3D printers, label printers, and disc duplication systems (training provided)
• Provide telephone and email support to customers
• Carry out hardware and software troubleshooting
• Test and configure new machines before shipping
• Visit client sites across the UK (company car provided)
• Keep accurate repair and service records
• Support the wider team with stock handling, dispatch, and documentation when needed
