Role: Field Service Engineer
Location: Norman, Oklahoma (on-site)
Pay Range: $45,000 - $68,000 / year depending on experience
Benefits: The position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k).

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide field service support and remote troubleshooting.
• Verifying / Validating installations, maintenance and operation of all types of control devices and industrial type equipment.
• Integrate with multiple departments utilizing technical knowledge to support equipment lifecycle support programs.

PRIMARY JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES MAY INCLUDE, BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO THE FOLLOWING:

• Experience with maintenance repair and troubleshooting of machines and equipment as related to mechanical, electro-mechanical, electrical, and electronic systems either in a practical or classroom environment
• Basic industrial control/systems knowledge
• Worked with blueprints, manuals or schematics
• Strong documentation skills
• Understanding of lifecycle support methodologies
• Troubleshooting experience
• Basic industrial control/system knowledge or experience.
• Knowledge of PLC (Programmable Logic Controller) systems preferred
• Robotics experience would be ideal but not required
