Responsibilities Calibrate T&ME, including troubleshooting, problem isolation & provide technical feedback to customers Maintenance of the various calibration software platforms. Calibration station upkeep Perform safety test on equipment Deal directly with customer requests and inquiries, ensure customer satisfaction Establish and maintain close communication with customers to ensure we capture and meet customer expectations Compile OOT report for customer notification or problem resolution Assist in maintaining the calibration team’s accreditation through participation in proficiency testing, quality measure assurance programs, and applicable training Ensure calibration services comply with ISO/IEC 17025 requirements Setup new calibration capability for Keysight and multi-vendor products Validate the new procedures, use of technical manuals Investigate out of tolerance of measurement standards and implement corrective action Serve as an internal resource on technical issues support Deliver other assignments as provided Qualifications Bachelor of Engineering in Electrical/Electronics/Instrumentation Careers Privacy Statement***Keysight is an Equal Opportunity Employer.***
