About The Job Execute selected service of our 360º service portfolio on standard products. Responsibilities: Complete ALSOC learnings and assessments as assigned by the mentor. Read and digest maintenance manuals and complete learning logs relative to your product exposure. Support and learn how to execute maintenance and repairs on standard products at customer sites. Complete preparation checklists for the service job to be undertaken. Follow up on actions and promises made to customers. Report unsafe practices, and incidents and work for continuous improvement. Capture Installed Base on site and communicate sales opportunities to sales organization. Proactive recommendation to customers for purchase of spares. Execute service in our Service Centers as required. What You Know Bachelor's in engineering (Mechanical, Mechatronics, or related) or equivalent experience. Experience in repairing and maintenance services of industrial machinery/equipment. Strong mechanical skills. Having hands-on experience with heat exchanges, separator, decanter is a plus. Excellent problem-solving, communication, and interpersonal abilities Able to work independently and travel frequently within the country.
