Description

Ashgrove Renewables, Est. 2001 is well established within the renewable energy sector nationwide.
In 2021 following the launch of a Home Energy Upgrade division, in partnership with the SEAI, we have significantly expanded our business and plan for further growth in 2025 and 2026.
This is driven by generous grants, and in line with the government’s obligation and plan to upgrade 500,000 Irish homes by 2030.
In line with our expansion strategy, we have purchased a larger facility which we are currently upgrading comprising of offices and a warehouse. These facilities will be state of the art, including a showroom, training facilities, customer meeting rooms and virtual meeting pods to cater for the ever-growing requirement for online consultation and presentations.
The ideal candidate for this Field Service Engineer role will have a natural troubleshooting and solution driven mindset, with strong interpersonal skills and the highest attention to detail.
You will be a highly motivated individual, capable of working on own intiative and managing own diary.

Full training will be provided.

  • Provide a complete level of service to our customers on site which could include - commissioning, fault-finding, servicing, maintaining, repairing, calibrating and validating all products and services within our offering.
  • Undertake post-install commissioning inspections
  • Schedule site inspections
  • Log and file job reports on our online CRM software
  • Work in accordance with Health, Safety and Environmental regulation
  • Provide phone and onsite troubleshooting as required.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Sound knowledge and understanding of renewable energy systems desirable
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in this or a similar role
  • Previous experience in mechanical, electrical or HVAC desirable
  • Strong interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
  • Full clean driving licence and willingness to travel the Munster regionSafe Pass
