WE ARE LOOKING FOR CANDIDATES WITH THESE SKILLS:

  • Electronics, Pneumatics, Technical schematic reading, Mechanical knowhow.
  • At least 2 years of experience in automation companies;
  • Bachelor: Electronics/Mechanics or Diploma: Electronics
  • Availability to travel occasionally to other countries, perform overtime in case of need.
  • 24/7 on duty activites is part of the Job.
  • Language skills: Dutch and Englishare mandatory, French and/or German are a bonus.

Responsibilities
  • Manage Operations activities for automation and middleware products.
  • Ensure proper Preventive/Corrective Maintenance of onsite equipment in order to meet the defined KPI
  • Keep the system up to date, taking care of Technical Service Bullettin (TSB) and SW/FW,HW upgrade.
  • Support on site activities as new systems installations and modules/analyzers add-on.
  • Perform customer trainings to Lab Operators and Final Users.
  • Build and maintain positive relationships with the different stakeholders, delivering high standards of customer service.
  • Coordinate with Technical Lead and EMEA Service Manager to ensure effective planning, organization, delivery and reporting of service activities
