De Field Service Engineer Benelux verzorgt de dagelijkse servicebehoeften van de apparatuur van de klant door de klanttevredenheid te vergroten.
Deze functie maakt deel uit van de Field Service Organisatie in Nederland en zal volledig op afstand plaatsvinden. Bij Cytiva is het onze visie om toekomstige therapieën te bevorderen, van ontdekking tot levering.

In deze rol krijg je de kans om:

• Probleemoplossing, installatie, onderhoud, validatie en servicereparatiebehoeften op apparatuur in een GMP-omgeving
• Instructies voor preventief onderhoud en veldwijzigingen
• Het onderhouden van dagelijkse communicatie met klanten om een oplossing en nauwkeurige opvolging te garanderen, wat leidt tot klanttevredenheid.
• Gereedschappen en testapparatuur nauwkeurig onderhouden en ervoor zorgen dat ze gekalibreerd zijn.
• Voldoen aan gezondheids- en menselijke diensten, milieu, gezondheid en veiligheid en/of alle andere toepasselijke wettelijke vereisten.
• Het toepassen van het juiste proces om problemen met de klantenservice op te lossen en het uitvoeren van een analyse van de hoofdoorzaken die zal leiden tot een effectieve probleemoplossing.
• Reizen is vereist.

De essentiële vereisten van de functie zijn onder meer:

• Opleiding op bachelorniveau in biomedische of elektrotechniek, werktuigbouwkunde, elektronica of automatisering
• Ervaring of sterke interesse in het diagnosticeren en repareren van mechanische, elektromechanische en/of elektronische apparatuur.
• Hoge integriteit. Vermogen om onder druk van de klant te werken en te reizen in een gereguleerde omgeving
• Operationele kennis gerelateerd aan computers (Windows OS, PC, server), netwerken en database sterke plus
• Engels vereist, Nederlands en/of Frans is een plus.

Het zou een pluspunt zijn als je ook ervaring hebt met:

• Heeft al eerder in een buitendienstrol gewerkt.
• Kennis over de farmaceutische industrie

The Field Service Engineer Benelux handles the daily service needs of the customer’s equipment by driving customer satisfaction.
This position is part of the Field Service Organization located in the Netherlands and will be fully remote. At Cytiva, our vision is, to advance future therapeutics from discovery to delivery.

In this role, you will have the opportunity to:

• Troubleshooting, installation, maintenance, validation and service repair needs on equipment in GMP environment
• Preventative Maintenance and Field Modification Instruction
• Maintaining daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and accurate follow-up, leading to customer happiness.
• Maintaining tools and test equipment accurately and ensuring they are calibrated.
• Meeting Health and Human Services, Environment Health and Safety and/or all other applicable regulatory requirements.
• Applying the right process to resolve customer service delivery issues and conducting root cause analysis that will lead to effective problem solving.
• Travel is required.

The essential requirements of the job include:

• Bachelor level education in Biomedical or Electrical Engineering, Mechanical, Electronic or Automation
• Experience or strong interest in diagnosing and repairing mechanical, electromechanical, and/or electronic equipment.
• High integrity. Capability of working under customer pressure and travel in a regulated environment
• Operation knowledge related to computers (Windows OS, PC, server), networks and database strong plus
• English required, Dutch and/or French is a strong Plus.

It would be a plus if you also possess previous experience in:

• Already worked in a Field Service role before.
• Knowledge about the Pharmaceutical Industry
