Field Service Engineer - Leinster/Dublin
A growing company in the installation, service, and maintenance of industrial, and commercial doors are expanding and looking for a Service Engineer in Dublin/Leinster, to take on the growing demands of their large clientele.

Our client installs, maintains, and repairs industrial, and commercial doors, loading bays, clean room doors, industrial gates, and entry systems. They have customers all over Ireland servicing companies in manufacturing, retail, warehousing, construction, and the public sector. Established for over 20 years, our client has gone from strength to strength and are looking to bring on a Service Engineer to join their growing team in Dublin/Leinster!
Role:

Covering the Greater Dublin area predominately with some nationwide travel involved, the successful candidate will be responsible for:

• Installation, repairs and maintenance on loading ramps, high-speed doors, cleanroom doors and roller-shutters.
• Travelling out to client sites (factories, warehouses, etc) and working on loading dock stations
• Some installation works to also be carried out

Person:

We are looking to speak to candidates who have experience in a similar role, with the following backgrounds:

• A qualified Mechanical Fitter would be ideal, mechanical automation and HGV Mechanic backgrounds will also be seriously considered
• Strong electro-mechanical experience with a preference for a mechanically biased background is desirable
• Previous Hydraulics/Pneumatics installation and service & maintenance experience is a requirement.
• Prior fitting experience of door and gate systems is a distinct advantage.
• Experience in a field-based installation, or service and maintenance role previously is highly-desirable.
• Excellent communication skills are essential to liaise with clients on-site.

• Salary: €45,000-€55,000 (DOE)
