JOB DESCRIPTION:

As an Electro-Mechanical Field Service Maintenance Engineer, your primary focus will be on delivering maintenance, repair, and installation services to our valued clients. Your responsibilities will include:

  • Conducting maintenance and repair services on a variety of equipment and systems, with a particular emphasis on fire dampers, fire compartmentalization, and control panels.
  • Working on control panels, maintenance and commissioning.
  • Diagnosing faults and swiftly repairing equipment to minimize downtime for our customers.
  • Complying with company health and safety policies to ensure safe work practices at all times.
  • Collaborating effectively with other teams to ensure customer satisfaction and the successful completion of projects.

SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:

To excel in this role, you should possess the following skills and experience:

  • Proven experience in a similar field service engineering capacity, with a strong background in electro-mechanical systems.
  • Automation engineering background is highly sought.
  • Outstanding communication and customer service abilities, enabling you to interact with clients professionally and effectively.
  • A valid full driving license, as you will be traveling to customer sites across Leinster.
  • The capability to work efficiently under pressure, managing your time effectively to meet deadlines.
  • Relevant qualifications in engineering or a related field would be advantageous, demonstrating your expertise in the domain.
