You will be responsible for supporting our clients with on-site installation, implementation, maintenance and delivery of customer training on our chromatography solutions (LC, GC, HPLC…).

QUALIFICATIONS

We are looking for an individual with the following background:

  • University degree in Life Science related topic (Chemistry, Biochemistry, Biotechnology, etc…)
  • First hands-on laboratory experience with chromatography solutions (LC, GC, HPLC…) as an end-user or in a technical support role
  • Full proficiency in English
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office
  • A valid driving license

On a personal level, you enjoy working both autonomously and as part of a team. You have great communications and written skills to interact with many internal and external partners. You are also customer oriented and you like solving problems.

Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer needs by providing repair, installation, upgrade and preventive maintenance activities
  • Contact customers in a timely manner and schedules service efficiently
  • Connect with manager and sales team to understand and meet customer needs and expectations
  • Maintain Agilent’s customer service reputation by aligning with all corporate policies and procedures
  • Complete administrative paperwork and computer reports promptly and accurately
  • Provide feedback to the Product Specialists, manufacturing or OEM vendors concerning performance anomalies encountered - use the complaint handling system as required
  • Address customer requests for service and communicate proactively before, during and after service
    This role won’t be head-office based and you will working remotely combined with travel to customer sites in Ireland (a company car will be available to you).
