Description
Fluke is seeking a motivated and ambitious individual to join our service team for a dynamic and travel-intensive co-op opportunity. This position offers a unique chance to gain comprehensive exposure to our business operations, including sales and services. You will work closely with a talented team of professionals, gaining both hands-on and strategic experience in a real-world environment. We are actively looking to fill two roles, targeting August 2026 start dates. Key Responsibilities: Hands-on Experience (50%): Domestic travel (car/flight) to manufacturing sites to collect alignment measurement data using proprietary devices and software. Occasional travel to Canada or Mexico may be required. Communication: Engage with potential and existing clients, collaborate with team members, and participate in discussions to improve personal sales performance. Professionalism: Represent Fluke in a customer-facing role, ensuring professional interactions with clients. Safety: All necessary PPE will be provided, including for work at heights from OSHA-compliant platforms. Fun: Build relationships with the service team through team-building events and social activities. Qualifications: Currently pursuing a degree in Engineering, or related field. Flexible schedule to accommodate frequent domestic travel during the 6-month co-op Strong communication skills and a responsible, reliable work ethic Eagerness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment Ability to work effectively in a team and handle long hours (12-hour days on-site are not uncommon) Computer skills in Microsoft Office; CAD software experience is preferred Interest in traveling frequently and working in various manufacturing environments Additional Information: This position involves heavy travel, and students should be prepared for extended time in the field. All travel expenses will be covered. Compensation includes an hourly wage of $25/hr with opportunities for 1.5x and 2x overtime pay. All necessary PPE and equipment will be supplied by the company.
