Work Schedule- Monday to Friday with infrequent weekend overtime available
Location- We are based in Glossop, Derbyshire. This role is a nationwide “on the road” position, meaning there maybe time spent away from home. When working away from home is required, this will be carefully managed to ensure a good worklife balance.

JOB OVERVIEW

We are seeking a skilled Field Service Engineer to join our small and friendly team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for providing on-site technical support and maintenance services to our customers.

EXPERIENCE REQUIRED:

  • Commercial Gas Ticket
  • Proven experience in field service engineering or a related field
  • Strong technical knowledge of mechanical, electrical, and gas experience
  • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to work independently
  • Outstanding communication skills and customer-oriented approach
    Job Type: Full-time
    Pay: £33,000.00-£45,000.00 per year

Responsibilities
  • Conduct installations, repairs, and maintenance of equipment at customer sites
  • Perform troubleshooting and diagnostics to identify issues and implement solutions
  • Provide training to customers on the proper use and maintenance of equipment
  • Document service activities, including service reports and parts usage
  • Collaborate with the engineering and office team to provide feedback on product performance and remedial actions.
