We are seeking a highly motivated Field Service Engineer to join our dynamic team based in Victoria.

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Experience in the printing industry (flexographic, digital, offset printing, finishing, etc.)
  • Strong knowledge of printing machinery, control systems, and software.
  • Proven experience in operating, troubleshooting, maintenance, and repair of printing equipment.
  • Ability to work independently and manage your service schedule effectively.
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills.
  • Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
  • A valid driver’s license and willingness to travel.
  • Degree or qualification in Engineering, Electronics, Mechatronics, or a related technical field is desirable.

Responsibilities
  • Provide onsite technical support, installation, maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair services to HP Indigo products.
  • Perform preventative maintenance and system upgrades for customers in the printing industry.
  • Support customers with technical inquiries, offering expert advice on equipment operations, system integration, and workflow optimization.
  • Collaborate with the technical team to develop solutions for complex client needs and technical challenges.
  • Manage service schedules, ensure timely completion of service requests, and maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
  • Conduct training for clients on equipment operation and maintenance best practices.
  • Maintain accurate service records, including reports on service activities, parts used, and recommendations for future upgrades.
