The Field Service Engineer is responsible for servicing and qualifying our customer’s biopharma equipment such as liquid chromatography, filter integrity and cell culturing equipment (for example ÄKTA, FlowStar, Xcellerex). You will be working in laboratories and pharmaceutical production plants on customer sites, and will be responsible for performance of customer visits, including customer coordination, travel planning and ordering spare parts. You will be expected to take part in our 24/7 stand-by team. This position reports to the Zone Manager and is part of the Nordic field service team with 20 engineers across Finland, Sweden, Lithuania, and Denmark. This is a field role where you will support customers in Finland, but also travel to customers in the rest of Nordics and Baltics. You will be home office based.

IT WOULD BE A PLUS IF YOU ALSO POSSESS PREVIOUS EXPERIENCE IN:

  • Experience of chromatography or cell culturing products
  • Experience in troubleshooting mechanics, electronics, software/computers/networks or fluid handling systems
  • Experience of working in laboratory or clean room environment
