Nova is looking for a Dimensional Metrology Division (DMD) Field Service engineer. The DMD department at Nova is looking for a FSE to support our business and drive its growth. As an FSE, you will play a pivotal role in DMD Service Team, contributing to the overall success of NOVA. This position offers an exciting opportunity for individuals who are passionate about thickness and dimension measuring process and are eager to make a meaningful impact through managing of DMD tools and customers. In this job you will have the opportunity to grow within the Semiconductor industry. Role Responsibilities Tool installation at customer fab. Diagnosis & Trouble shooting. Tool maintenance. Act as primary contact between Nova Korea and customer related to system performance, collection of system reliability data, reporting and customer satisfaction. Support system to system matching, using sound statistical techniques. Coordinate all service activities with customer to maximize system tool up time. Requirements Semiconductor equipment service or similar complex systems, along with extensive hands-on fab experience is required. B.S. in Physics, Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Material Engineering, or Engineering preferred. Able to work at cleanroom environment. Able to communicate with headquarter & colleagues for sharing work & training. Willing to work under pressured environment. Able to travel abroad. Excellent interpersonal skill both of internal & external.
