REQUIREMENTS

· Strong Electrical and Mechanical background
· 2+ experience in a similar role, with installation and commissioning experience
· A full clean Irish drivers’ licence.
· Strong trouble shooting skills and attention to detail.
· Excellent time management.
· Excellent customer service and communication skills.

Responsibilities

· Commissioning and Installation: as part of the Field Service team, you will be responsible for all electronic and electrical functioning in accordance with product specifications. Highlight and address any potential issues on jobs at any stage of the process.
· Trouble shooting and repairs: diagnose and repair any malfunctioning automated door systems using advanced diagnostic tools and techniques.
· Maintenance: conduct routine inspections, testing, and preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance and longevity of automated door systems.
· Compliance and safety: adhere to all safety standards and regulations while ensuring installed systems comply with building codes and industry standards. Ensure all documentation associated with each project is completed accurately and on time.
· Customer service: provide exceptional customer service by effectively communicating with clients, explaining system functionality, and addressing any concerns or questions.
· Other duties that may be assigned as required.
