Description

Service Engineer is responsible for providing the company's after-sales technical and services supports A. Perform 7*24h standby service through a rotational duty schedule. B. Provide UPS, Cooling and other products technical advices, system start-up, fault call service, preventive maintenance, system overhaul, etc. for end users. C. Contributes in regional service sales through post-sale capacity. D. Professional trouble shooting reports E. Coach authorized service engineers from vendors on service skills and operations. - At least 5 years UPS industry experiences, Diploma or above in Electrical - Minimum 3 years of field experience in service UPS & corrective maintenance - Knowledge and experience in Electrical field or power supply and IDC Data Centre is an advantage Yes!
