Description

We are seeking a proactive and technically skilled Field Service Engineer to join our client dynamic service team. You will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and repair of electronic devices—including medical equipment, printers, scanners, and other precision instruments—at client sites across Singapore. This role offers a unique blend of hands-on engineering, customer service, and problem-solving.

REQUIREMENTS

  • Diploma or Degree in Electronics, Mechatronics, Biomedical Engineering, or related field
  • 2+ years of experience in field service or technical support for electronic devices
  • Strong knowledge of electromechanical systems, sensors, and embedded software
  • Familiarity with diagnostic tools, schematics, and service manuals
  • Excellent communication and customer service skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple service calls
  • Valid Class 3 driving license preferred

PREFERRED EXPERIENCE

  • Prior exposure to servicing medical devices , multi-function printers , barcode scanners , or lab instruments
  • Experience with calibration protocols and ISO standards
  • Basic networking and software troubleshooting skills
