In this role, you’ll be hands-on with the preparation and repair of radios destined for client deployment, as well as conducting on-site installations and maintenance. You’ll be responsible for ensuring equipment is configured, tested, and delivered to a high standard-supporting both routine and urgent communications requirements for clients across a variety of sectors.
This role is ideal for a Field Service Engineer with Electronics experience and a practical, problem-solving mindset. The Role:

• Design and develop electronic systems, with a focus on two-way radios and communication infrastructure.
• Perform root cause analysis, fault identification, and first-line repairs-both in-house and on-site.
• Work with Motorola and Hytera systems, handling configuration, optimisation, and integration.
• Maintain detailed documentation across design, testing, and modification phases of each project.

The Person

• Full Uk Clean Driving License
• Service Engineer background.
• Commutable to Northwest Kent.
