In this role, you will become the primary point of contact for our valued customers, handling technical inquiries and resolving issues efficiently while ensuring the seamless operation of our cutting-edge solar energy products. Your responsibilities will include: Performing on-site installation, maintenance, and upgrade activities. Collaborating closely with project management teams during commissioning and site acceptance phases. Ensuring compliance with operational procedures and all health & safety regulations. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation for current and future service contracts. Your profile All right, all right, that was intriguing, wasn't it? Now, in order to fit in this role and be happy for a long time, your ideal background should look a lot like this: You possess a degree in electrical engineering or have a strong electrician background, providing a solid foundation for technical expertise. Demonstrate fluency in both English and French (C1 level), enabling clear and effective communication with a diverse range of stakeholders. You are prepared for on-call duties, showcasing your commitment to timely support and problem resolution. A valid driving license and a willingness to travel extensively across France are essential for successful on-site interventions. Previous experience with battery storage solutions is a plus, enhancing your ability to service our diverse product portfolio. While not mandatory, skills in Chinese (Mandarin) would be beneficial for interacting with our international teams. A deep understanding of the European solar energy market and our range of products, including PV, ESS, and EV charging solutions, would be highly advantageous. Why us?
