PREREQUISITES (QUALIFICATIONS AND EXPERIENCE)

• Minimum 2 to 3 years experience on site
• Degree in Electrical/ Electronic/Mechatronics/Mechanical Engineering
• Able to work in a cleanroom environment.Availability to work or be on standby during after-hours, weekends, and public holidays.

• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to semiconductor equipment, PLC systems and software.
• Perform on-site installation, continuous improvement programs, parts overhaul, preventive maintenance, modifications, and repairs on equipment.
• Serve as the primary liaison between the company and customer on both administrative and technical matters for assigned projects.
• Respond to customer complaints, providing timely solutions to resolve issues.
• Monitor product performance and provide regular updates and feedback on customer service requests.
• Report common customer complaints to management for future reference and resolution.
