QUALIFICATIONS, EXPERIENCE AND SKILLS
ABOUT THE ROLE
DroneShield is expanding its footprint in Europe with the establishment of a new regional office in Amsterdam and a logistics hub in Rotterdam. As part of this strategic growth, we are seeking a Field Service Engineer (FSE) to join our European Operations Team.
This dual-role position will be based in Amsterdam and will play a key part in delivering on-site customer support across Europe while also providing quality assurance oversight for demo and evaluation equipment processed through the Rotterdam logistics hub.
The FSE will report to the European Operations Manager, based in the Netherlands, and will be supported by the broader Australian-based Operations and Engineering teams. The role will involve regular travel (up to 50% of the time) to customer sites across the region, as well as weekly visits to the Rotterdam facility to perform quality inspections and support outbound equipment readiness.
