Description

We’ve an excellent opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our busy and growing team!

Required Qualifications:

  • Technical knowledge of electrics and/or plumbing required.
  • Some experience in either domestic appliances or some type of electro/mechanical work would be advantageous
  • Full clean B driver’s licence essential

Key Roles:

  • Will have to carry out a wide range of equipment repair and preventative maintenance tasks from fault finding to diagnosis, ensuring all coffee equipment is left in a good working order.
  • Customer focused outlook and approach to deliver key objectives
  • A strong sense of team spirit and co-operation
  • Customer facing role with good interpersonal skills

Knowledge, Skills & Experience:

  • A confident individual with a passion for customer service
  • Excellent understanding of electrical or plumbing equipment maintenance
  • Demonstrates strong problem solving skills
  • Computer literate with a clean B driving licence
  • Self-motivated with a flexible approach to work, location and hours.
  • Candidate would ideally be located in the greater Dublin region
  • Knowledge of the greater DUBLIN area would be an advantage.
  • Salary – Depending on experience
