REQUIREMENTS

The company have a preference for an individual from a forklift truck background, but this is not essential. The company is open to considering candidates from other backgrounds including plant, powered access, automotive/commercial vehicles or cranes. You will be able to work well on your own with your own initiative and have good customer-facing skills. Ultimately, the company are after an individual with the right attitude and work ethic. In terms of location, you can be based anywhere around Basingstoke.

• Servicing a client based around the Basingstoke area
• Supporting with PDIs and installing aftermarket parts at the customer’s request
• Travelling nationally and supporting teams across England & Wales when required
• Ensuring excellent customer service and representing the company in the right way when servicing & repairing forklifts & other equipment
• Reporting to the Regional Service Manager
