Description
Install, validate, and maintain ASP systems in hospitals and clinical facilities. Troubleshoot technical issues and provide expert guidance to hospital staff, including biomedical engineers. Own your assigned territory, managing customer relationships, service schedules, and inventory. Perform preventive maintenance and repairs to maximize system performance and uptime. Document service activities accurately and timely, including compliance and reporting requirements. Participate in a rotating on-call schedule, including occasional weekends. Lift and move equipment as needed (up to 80 lbs), and operate company vehicles safely for local and regional travel. Collaborate with sales and clinical teams to support customer-focused solutions that drive satisfaction and loyalty. Required: High school diploma or equivalent; technical or mechanical experience preferred Experience in field service, biomedical engineering, or a similar technical role Strong customer service skills and proven problem-solving abilities Self-motivated, organized, and able to work independently Comfortable with physical work, including lifting, standing, bending, and driving Ability to travel within territory, occasionally overnight and on call as needed Proficiency with basic computer programs (Word, Excel) Associate degree in electronics, biomedical engineering, or related field 4+ years in the medical device industry or biomedical field service MCP or Microsoft A+ certification (or equivalent) Experience in a regulated field service environment
