Required Qualifications

  • Bachelor´s Degree in electronics or equivalent work experience.
  • Excellent soft skills; deal tactfully and effectively with differences of opinion, influence rather than direct.
  • Technical analytical skills; provide guidance and advice to others.
  • Ability to work independently.
  • Excellent communication skills.
  • Fluent in Finnish and English language, both written and spoken.
  • Experience with medical technology, mainly CT, NM.
  • Basic knowledge in hospital IT systems and related technologies
Responsibilities
  • Maintain all models specific to a modality covering the whole country.
  • Total system level troubleshooting on complex multi-symptom problems.
  • Interact daily with customers on equipment status issues and act to ensure service delivery satisfaction to primary customer.
  • Complete all administration tasks on a timely manner.
  • Maintain effective quality systems and programs compliant with ISO 9001 standard, according to the GE Service Quality Policy Statement.
  • Because you could be based at your home (remote work), you are responsible for planning all logistic and travel arrangements for an effective workday where your service visits are documented according to company policy. Travel could count to 100 days a year.
