Description

The Role

  • Recognize customer problems, suggest solutions that satisfy their requirements • Conducts technical repairs, calibrations and maintenance of machines • Perform installations of new machines, followed by customer training and support • Carry out AMC and service on systems according to defined protocols • Ensure breakdowns and troubleshooting have a 48-hour response time • Communicate effectively with customers and reporting regarding scheduling, repair or maintenance needs, part requests. • Reporting and submission of all service jobs • Ensures customer satisfaction and collecting customer feedback

Requirements
UAE based – Driving license Having experience – 2 to 3 years at UAE ./ Middle East Qualification background – Degree/ Diploma holder in field of Electronic / Electrical / Instrumentation Vacancy – 01 Dubai
