As a Field Service Engineer (FSE) with HNI, you’ll be essential to ensuring top-tier quality and customer satisfaction for our workplace furnishing solutions. Acting as the key technical liaison between the field and manufacturing, you’ll resolve quality issues, support dealer installations, and deliver valuable feedback to improve products and processes. This role drives continuous improvement through the Quality Management System (QMS) while fostering strong partnerships with dealers and installers.

Responsibilities
  • Serve as the technical bridge between the field and manufacturing to resolve quality concerns.
  • Conduct on-site evaluations, offering insights to enhance product performance.
  • Partner with the QMS to implement corrective actions and process improvements.
  • Train and assess dealers to refine installation techniques and best practices.
  • Manage safety incidents and ensure compliance with standards.
  • Address escalated concerns to uphold product quality and customer satisfaction.
  • Share actionable field feedback to fuel innovation and refinement.
