Job Title: Field Service Engineer II (FSE II)

Salary: $34–$40 per hour + Bonus + Stock Options

QUALIFICATIONS REQUIRED:

• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pay for travel expenses via personal credit card (reimbursed).
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Self-starter with the ability to multitask and prioritize independently.

• Perform scheduled preventive maintenance and software/hardware upgrades.
• Provide first and second-level technical support, including after-hours and weekend support.
• Interface professionally with clinical staff and patients.
• Support Sales and Marketing for demos, trade shows, and training events.
• Document service activities and maintain inventory in ERP systems.
• Provide feedback to R&D to improve product performance and serviceability.
• Manage company tools and equipment in compliance with quality standards.
• Travel within the U.S. up to 30% (initially may be up to 75%).
• Install, troubleshoot, and repair Tablo Dialysis Systems.
