Right now, we have an exciting opportunity for a Field Service Engineer to join our team on a full-time basis. About Service Execution Team You will be part of the Brazil Service team. Our department is responsible to provide field technical support 24/7 to customers in Brazil and/or all over the world when necessary So joining us, you will have the opportunity to develop your technical/personnel skills in several customers/countries. Your responsibilities Ensure safety on all projects, reporting all near misses & accidents; To drive/fly to and from work sites; Establish and maintain a professional working relation with the customer; Understand all services and products that the company offers; Complete required paperwork/technical report for each project on a timely basis; Provides technical support to customers in their sites, including maintenance/troubleshooting, installation, commissioning and start up, in all Fuller provided equipment; Internal / External Cooperation; Actions demonstrating desirable personal character, commitment, organizational work habits, and skills among colleagues; Able to interact and cooperate with coworkers and customer personnel in professional manner; Maintain open communications with Service Coordinator. Working Environment: General industrial environment; Occasionally extreme environments (outdoor, hot, cold, dusty, greasy, grimy, etc.), standing for long periods and working 8-12 hours a day; Working around operating rotary kilns (furnaces) with high radiant heat; Must be ready to travel in short notice. What you bring Solid technical experience with cement industry, installation and or maintenance of equipment for this segment; Availability to travel and/or be away from home at a customer site during 80% of the time; Good Interpersonal relationship; Good knowledge of Microsoft Tools ( Office, Outlook,etc); Team player & strong work ethics and integrity; Good written and verbal communication skills; Preferably experience in working with international colleagues; Live close to a big airport (max 100 km). Education Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or Technology, or at least 5 years of proven experience in the role; Advanced/fluent English; Intermediate Spanish (desirable).
